No
Its always busy but worse during 12 and 2 and Saturday afternoons
Yes they do.
Great place to find and enjoy Hispanic and Caribbean items, particularly for edibles. If you're looking for fresh fruit from the tropics, ingredients for a meal, or for freshly cooked food in very generous portions, this is the place to find it. My mouth is watering as I'm writing this!
Great place for all Hispanic products. Caribbean food is delicious and prices very reasonable compared to other bodegas in nearby cities.
Food portions are big. However, lack in quality and flavor. If you are really hungry and dont mind sacrificing flavor this is the place for you. I have yet to find any decent hispanic food in Polk county. Ramonas taste great but small portions.
Prices are great! We had a Cuban which was awesome 😊 the rice, beans and chicken were Ok. The chicken, I believe it was the oven roasted was extremely dry. Almost inedible.
A very good Spanish and Caribbean food market with a wide variety of foods, fresh vegetables and area spices. Aisles are close together so sometimes frustrating when busy otherwise worth a visit.
Very nice ambiance excellent food selections and plenty of variety.
Best Latin food around Winter Haven for a buffet style service. The service is fast and the rest of the grocery store is clean and stocks a wide variety of fresh fruits and vegetables. The meat selection and prices are outstanding. So if you are feeling lazy and want great take-out... or adventurous and want to try and cook your own new Latin cuisine... Santiago's is the place you can do both.
I love this place if you're looking for A place to purchase reasonable Caribbean groceries this is it They have everything that you could need if you intend on cook in any dish from the Caribbean
Love the prices and the selection of Hispanic food and seasonings. Can’t find half the items at regular grocery stores. There hot food is pretty good too! If you what authentic desserts like tres leches and guava pastries this is the place to get it.
Only been to this place one, but the one time told me it is a back in the days market, like small and family friendly. They have lunch specials and dinner specials at very reasonable prices, with dine in tables and you can shop. Very nice place.
I would have given it 5 stars if they didn't have so many flies around the hot meals. Le hubiera dado 5 estrellas si no tuvieran tantas moscas alrededor las comidas calientes
Looking for Spanish foods and they delivered. Great prices on root vegetables. They also have hot food available.
I love going here!!! They always have great fresh authentic food. I have been going here for a year now and not once have I ever had any issues or complaints. I would highly recommend this place to everyone.
Food Good. Customer Service can be better.
Great food! Great people! Great prices! LOVE Santiago's 💞💞💞
Staff was very helpful, from the servers to the checkers. The food was delicious and reasonably priced. A good value and lots of interesting choices. We did the hot meals.
Some of the best food in town! Hidden gem! The whole family loves this place.
There is good food and a lot of good Spanish products for cooking! makes you feel like you're on the island!🌴🌴🌴
It maybe me like where people speak spainsh but you get you food there it kinda is good
The food was ok. But I love It. There are people in the table sometimes And then People leaving.
The hot food is amazing. So delicious. I highly recommend them. The desserts are mind blowing ♥ï¸
Had the prepared food for lunch and it is fabulous you get a lot of food for your money in the food is delicious I totally recommend
I've come here several times and the food is delicious. If you're looking for traditional Hispanic food for a great price, this is the place to visit. A little piece of home here in Polk County. From Mangu with Huevo, Salami y Queso frito to your traditional lunch and dinner plates of rice, beans and a variety of meats.
Good place to buy all the necessary items to cook the meals that remind you of home. Their food options are great too!
Love going to that market they have everything u need to cook
I love Santiagos. The lunch bar has such a variety of latin foods from salads to soup to generously portioned main dishes. There is a wide variety of fresh vegetables and grocery items in the market and prices are fair.
Excellent food excellent service workers are always friendly. I've been buying there for about 5 years never got sick from their hot food always a line for hot food especially after 5 p.m. during the week
The supermarket that In find all hispanic foods, good place but needed a new big building
A+++ Always great food, prices and customer service. Their hot buffet is excellent. Love this place
Great Spanish Food/ very inexpensive
Great assortments of his Latino products and great food served for take out.
Good food and plenty of it for what you pay. You really can't ask for better!
Great food at great prices. Everything tasted great. We had several questions about foods we hadn't experienced before, but weren't able to ask them due to the high volume of customers they were rushing through the line. So, it was a bit of a gamble on picking the meals, but we weren't disappointed. You don't really go here for the service, so not a huge issue. We will be back.
Great food. Ordering can be a little intimidating the first time. The avocado salad is AMAZING! The roast pork is always on point too. Definitely make time for shopping.
Awesome super market with amazing Hispanic food and good customer service tried to cater but was a bit difficult to get any answers over the phone
Nice little meat market. Ok... Hmmm.... What is the deal with a tip box that the cashier put out that says, "tips for cashier". I have never ever seen this in my life and I am from the Miami area where Hispanic grocery stores are all over the place.
Always find interesting things here that you cannot find anywhere else
Their hot food is awesome & they give you a lot of food for such a small price. Everything else is reasonably priced as well.
Recommended for their selection of hot dishes, I got chunks of stewed beef over rice and beans. Muy delicioso! As far as the groceries, a decent selection for their size (por ejemplo, they had Brazilian and Haitian beer) but the cashier staff (Puertorriqueñas) I talked with were completely unfamiliar with common Cuban dishes, so the mission to cook picadillo con tostones para mi abuela was a fail.
Very good place to grab a Spanish bite.
Great hispanic market. Fresh fruit and vegetables, Items you're not going to find at Publix. Prices are great. The buffett is fantastic, you get so much food, wish they had the prices listed; everything seems to be around $6 - 8. The staff is super friendly and helpful.
I can find everything I need. Prices are too high though. Got alot of older Hispanic folks who don't have alot and this is the only Spanish store around, should be more mindful with pricing
Their food is the best and their price is a pretty good price
I love the buffet, the food and selection is awesome!!
WE LOVE SANTIAGO'S!! We get food from the hot deli at least once a week. Our favorites include teriyaki chicken, ox tail, goat, and rotisserie chicken. But everything we have tried has been great. They also fill the containers to the max so you get tons! We buy meats as well which are a much better cut than other meat stores in town. Nothing beats this place!
We went today for the hot food. I had tried at work a couple times, but decided to take my wife today. I had the yellow rice with goat meat. Great flavor and great price, with huge servings. My wife had the yellow rice with baked chicken. It looked great too. We did a little shopping in the store afterward. All staff were friendly and helpful. The place was very busy and i can tell why.We will now be regulars. I am ready for the next trip to try one of the many varieties of meat on the hot bar, 3 different rices, and loads of different sides available.Love the food, keep up the good work!!☆☆
